Writer's Terms and Conditions

1.0 Definitions


1.1“Account” means the profile with which you consent to use the website and to
be shown to company’s employees, and to customers;


1.2 “Customer” means and refer to any individual purchasing content from the
Company through the Website;


1.3 “Content” - an original written product that is drafted by you in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: paper, essay, research, report, review and/or other creative products;


1.4 “Writer” is an independent freelance contractor, who provides writing services
on the website. The writer in no case can be considered as a hired employee of
the company or as its agent or representative.


2.0 Writer’s Duties


2.1 The company hereby engages the writer to create business-related content
for the company in the form of written materials. The writer must complete all
tasks delegated by the company before the scheduled deadline.


2.2 The writer undertakes to write papers, carry out research, make reports, and
do reviews on literature and speeches in a variety of different disciplines in
accordance with the customers’ requirements, these terms and conditions and
company’s recommendations and guides.


2.3 The writer agrees to use its knowledge and expertise to research, write, and
edit content as per request, following the standards set forth by the company.


2.4 The writer shall regularly check the orders'; page.


2.5 The writer obliges to communicate with customers in an appropriate manner
and in accordance with the company’s recommendations and guides.


2.6 The writer obliges to follow requirements for papers, content, and format issued in the company’s recommendations and guides.


3.0 Disciplinary Measures and Penalties

3.1 The writer can face penalties because of violations of the company's rules
and recommendations issued in writing guides. Penalties and restrictions
include suspension, probation, lock, and fine.


3.2 Suspension is a temporary restriction of the writer's account. It limits the ability to be assigned new orders (except for bids from returning customers).


3.3. Probation is a disciplinary measure taken against the writer after repetitive violations of the company's rules. It implies the upper limit of orders that the writer can have in progress. The limit is decided at the writer manager's discretion. The timeframe for probation ranges from 2 weeks until the corresponding decision of the writer manager.

3.4 Lock is a permanent block of the writer's account for severe and repetitive violations of the company's rules and these terms and conditions. All lock decisions are irreversible and decided at the writer manager's discretion.


3.5 The writer manager can issue fines in separate instances of severe violations to compensate customer's expenses while replacing the order. The writer could be fined up to 100% of the contract cost.


3.6 Your account may face penalties upon the following violations:

  1. Plagiarized papers (400% fine of the order cost)
  2. Papers being uploaded after the deadline;
  3. The instructions were not followed;
  4. Not sticking to the time frames discussed with the client;
  5. Ignoring our Emails/phone calls;
  6. Ignoring customers in the order's chat / late replies to the customer's messages;
  7. Not willing to revise the paper
  8. Poor quality papers (grammatical and syntax errors);
  9. Uploading a wrong file;
  10. Requesting for the deadline extension when an order is already assigned;
  11. Trying to contact the customer directly.

4.0 Payouts

4.1 The company agrees to compensate the writer for the services provided. The payment for the product is calculated according to the company's pricing, as stated in the order form once the scope of work is identified.


4.2 The writer shall receive compensation for the work performed. Payments for orders done between 1-15 will be processed on 1-3 rd unless communicated otherwise. Payment for orders done between 16-31 will be processed on 16-18, unless communicated otherwise. This amount shall be credited to the writer's registered Paypal account or Bank Account.


4.3 You must stick to your verified payment method; otherwise, your payment will not be processed.


4.4 The company will not be held liable for any money sent to the wrong account as you are required to provide the accurate and active account where your is sent

5.0 Transfer of Copyright

5.1 By posting or submitting any content to the Website, you transfer the copyright ownership of this content to the company (including, without limitation, the exclusive rights to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
distribute and/or sell the content in whole or in part in any and all forms and media, now or hereafter known) without limitation on territory and timeframes.


5.2 It is also illegal to reproduce or publish materials uploaded by customers or
other writers.


5.3. By posting or submitting content to the Website, you also warrant that it is your original work, has not previously been published, and is not under consideration by a third party.


6.0 Limitation of Liability

6.1 THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO A MEMBER, VISITOR, USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF - OR THE INABILITY TO USE - THE WEBSITE. NOR IS IT LIABLE FOR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE WEBSITE, SUPPORT SERVICES, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


6.2 THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, ANY OFFICER, DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE, SUBCONTRACTOR, AGENT, SUCCESSOR, OR ASSIGNEE OF THE COMPANY OR THEIR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY'S FEES AND LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS, IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING ITS CONTENT.


6.3 The Website might contain links to other websites for which the company does not maintain control. Any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular service or resource.
Continued use of this Website following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.


7.0 Indemnification

7.1 You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any work submitted to the company and/or
its customers. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its owners, and employees with
respect to any claims based upon the submissions to the company and/or its customers.
